Business Pro Local Service Agreement
By selecting a Business Pro Local website package, you authorize Business Pro Local to design, build, host, maintain, and support a website for your business according to the package you selected.
Your one-time website setup fee is charged at signup. No monthly website service fee is charged while your website is being designed and developed.
Website development normally begins after this agreement is accepted and the setup payment is completed. Your website and any owner or shop interface included with your package will typically be completed and set up within 7–10 days. The timeline may be extended if Business Pro Local is waiting for business information, photos, pricing, approvals, or other material needed from you.
Monthly website service begins on the date your website is approved and launched publicly. The first monthly service charge will occur one month after the launch date and will cover your first completed month of service. Monthly billing will continue each month thereafter at the monthly rate for your selected package.
By completing the setup payment, you authorize Business Pro Local and its payment processor, Stripe, to securely save the payment method used at signup for future monthly website service charges under this agreement. Business Pro Local does not store your full card number.
Pre-Launch Cancellation and Refund: If you decide not to move forward before approving your website for public launch, you may cancel and receive a 50% refund of your website setup fee. The remaining 50% of the setup fee is retained by Business Pro Local to compensate for design, development, setup, and other work already completed. Once you approve the website for public launch, the setup fee becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
Monthly service includes website hosting, routine maintenance, technical support, security assistance, backups, and reasonable minor website updates. Major redesigns, custom systems, or services outside your selected package may require a separate quote.
If you choose Business Pro Local Advertising, you authorize your business to participate in the Business Pro Local advertising network according to the click rate and monthly minimum associated with your selected package. Advertising appears only on participating Business Pro Local websites and direct competitors will not be placed on each other's sites.
Business Pro Local does not guarantee website traffic, advertising clicks, leads, customers, or sales.
This agreement is currently being used for testing and demonstration and should be reviewed before production use.
